What is Adalie?
Adalie is online appointment booking software for small businesses that work by appointment. It gives the business a booking page with its own name, a calendar for its staff, and automatic email confirmations and reminders for its customers.
How much does Adalie cost?
The Free plan costs nothing, for one location and one staff member. The Team plan costs 9.99 € a month including the first staff member, plus 4.99 € for each additional staff member. Prices exclude VAT, and you pay for 1, 6 or 12 months at a time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Any business can try the Team plan free for 15 days, once, with no card. When the trial ends the account returns to the Free plan and nothing is deleted.
Does Adalie charge a commission on bookings?
No. There is no commission and no per-booking fee on any plan, and bookings are unlimited on both plans.
Do customers need an account to book?
No. Customers book with their name and email address, and manage the booking from the link in their confirmation email.
Can customers pay online when they book?
No. Adalie takes bookings, not payments: customers pay the business directly, as they do today. The prices a service shows are for information.
Does Adalie send SMS reminders?
Not at the moment. Confirmations and reminders are sent by email. The Free plan includes 100 reminder emails a month and the Team plan has no limit.
Which languages does Adalie support?
English, Portuguese and Spanish. The booking page opens in the business's language, customers can switch, and their emails follow the language they booked in.
Is Adalie GDPR compliant, and where is the data stored?
Adalie records consent at booking, lets a business export or erase a customer's data, and signs a data processing agreement with every business. Data is stored in the European Economic Area.
Can an AI assistant book an appointment or set up my business?
Yes, through Adalie's MCP server. An assistant can find a business, read its services and free times and request a booking, which the customer confirms from a link in their email. It can also prepare a new business, which the owner reviews and creates from a link in theirs. Each business can turn assistant bookings off in its settings.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Nothing renews automatically, there is no contract to end, and you can export your data whenever you like.
